Fergus Noone has put together a truly thorough photographic tuition workshop based in Greenwich.
Our tution workshops will help you learn about your camera and improve your skills while enhancing your creative potential.
We offer a one day workshop based in Greenwich for £195pp.
Our photography tution workshop includes:
• An explanation on how photography works from a technical and aesthetic point of view
• A tutorial on how your camera works, manual mode and various other camera settings.
• An explanation on the relationship between aperture, shutter speeds and ISO.
• A tour of Greenwich taking in many of our favourite landmarks including The Old Royal Naval College, the Meridian Line and Greenwich Park, with advice and tips along the way.
• Back at the studio we explain how to download and file your photographs and introduce you to the wonders of photographic post-production.
• You also get to print your very own favourite photo of the day.
The aim of our workshop is to give you as much confidence as possible in your photographic ability. It is also about having fun and provides a social and creative environment amongst a like minded group where we can all share our passion in the art of photography.
Regardless of your ability, beginner, intermediate or advanced, you are welcome at our workshops and we guarantee everyone will benefit from our advice and experience. We take a maximum of 12 people on our photographic workshops allowing our guests the space and time to express their creativity and have all your questions answered.
Photographs and Experiences from our Guests

"I learned photography years ago with my old film camera and I switched over
to Digital about 3 years ago and since struggled to learn the new technology. Fergus and Richard were brilliant in explaining all the elements that differ from cameras. It was a real hands on experience, where you're able to work with other people sharing ideas creatively. I found the post-production tutorial to be extremely helpful in understanding how to enhance my photography in Photoshop. It was great to work with a small group of people who had different levels of knowledge with photography and between both Fergus and Richard; they cater to your level of experience with the medium. I recommend the workshop to anyone who would like to learn more about photography."

"The day was fantastic! I had received my first proper camera for Christmas and aside from some happy snaps, I hadn't really used it. Fergus showed us all the basics in a simple way. We learned how to use the camera functions and the lenses. After this, we were shown how to take great pictures; from the framing to the shadows - all set in stunning Greenwich. Finally, we used Photoshop to enhance our pictures and learned how to focus the eye on particular details, then to print and keep our favourite! I couldn't recommend it enough for people who are looking to enhance their skills."

"I really enjoyed the day. I learnt a lot about my camera and it's settings. I have the confidence now to experiment more with my camera's functionality in order to get the perfect shot. It was lovely to come home with my own professionaly printed photograph to which looked amazing after some Photoshop alterations!
I would recommend this as a gift too for a friend or relative."

"I was really chuffed when I was given a tuition workshop voucher as a gift.... I was so excited I booked up straight away. Although I was not a complete beginner - the workshop gave me great inspriration to carry on taking pictures - and because of Fergus and Richard, my pictures have been getting better and better! - One of the best gifts I have ever received!!"
