Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details of delivery. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon receipt or your order either by e-mail fax or by post.

Delivery Services & Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and delivery service available. The standard delivery charge for your products will be automatically applied to your order. We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Payments & Refunds Payment

We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping cart have been processed. You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo cards over the telephone. Payment can also be made by cheque in the post. All prices include VAT.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the distance selling regulations if you order over the phone or online or by post you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of photographs printed to order).

Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change order by calling us on 020 8858 3309 or emailing gallery@fergusnoone.com up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party. Refunds and Returns If you change your mind, that's fine. You can return your order within 28 working days of delivery. Telephone our gallery on 02088583309. The item must be in a re-saleable condition and returned to Fergus Noone Photography. If you'd like the item collected there'll be a £25 charge. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

Returns Policy - after receipt of goods

Own Purchase

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund (provided you have the receipt) or an exchange, as long as it is unused/damaged and returned in the original packaging. You can either:
  • Bring the item to Fergus Noone Photography. Please bring the receipt enclosed with your parcel.
  • Return by Royal Mail enclosing your receipt.
  • You will be required to keep the item in a resaleable condition. If we have to arrange collection of the item from you we will charge you the cost of collection.

Gift Purchase

After you have received your gift, you can return any item for an exchange or gift vouchers, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging. You can either:
  • Bring the item to Fergus Noone Photography. Please note that if you wish to return the item, you may exchange it or receive gift vouchers.
  • Return by Royal Mail.
  • If you are able to provide the original receipt the purchasers account maybe credited.
  • You will be required to keep the item in a resaleable condition. If we have to arrange collection of the item from you we will charge you the cost of collection.

Gift Vouchers

Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
